1. Core Structure and Components

1.1. Tank Body (Double-walled)

  • Inner Tank: Directly in contact with the stored medium. Commonly made of 304/316L stainless steel, typically 4–8mm thick. The inner wall is mirror-polished, corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and non-absorbent.
  • Outer Tank: Also made of 304/316L stainless steel, slightly thinner or similar in thickness to the inner tank. It provides structural reinforcement, secondary protection, and insulation.
  • Sandwich Space: A 50–100mm cavity is reserved between the inner and outer layers. This cavity can be vacuum-sealed, filled with inert gas, or filled with insulation material (rock wool/polyurethane) to achieve heat/cold insulation, condensation prevention, and leak monitoring.
