Currently, skid-mounted fuel stations have made significant contributions to solving the problem of refueling within one kilometer and for enterprise self-use. With continuous technological advancements and the addition of intelligent features, skid-mounted fuel stations have further enhanced convenience, speed, and safety. Remote operation for refueling and remote safety alarms are now widely used. Today, we'll introduce four intelligent design features that elevate the functionality of skid-mounted fuel stations to a new level.

1. Highly Integrated Design for Convenient Transportation and Relocation

The design concept of the containerized skid-mounted refueling unit is highly integrated. Storage, unloading, transfer, and refueling process equipment, low-voltage power distribution, motor frequency regulation, and automatic control systems should all be integrated onto one or more skids. This facilitates the transfer, hoisting, and transportation of the entire unit, and on-site installation is simple and convenient.

2. Unique Control Panel Design with Accurate Electronic Pointer Instrument Data Display

The system's operating interface is simple, innovative, and user-friendly. The secondary display instruments on the control cabinet use 1:1 analog pointers and digital meters, with an appearance identical to traditional instruments, solving the problem of inaccurate data display by mechanical meters in cryogenic liquid and gas pipelines. This meets the requirements of traditional operator observation methods and ergonomic design.

3. The system features remote monitoring and control capabilities, enabling 24/7 electronic safety monitoring.

It provides comprehensive safety monitoring and control of the entire plant's operating conditions and major equipment during non-operational periods, automatically detecting and recording important data such as equipment operating status and historical alarm parameters. When equipment exceeds its normal operating conditions, it automatically triggers audible and visual alarms and provides voice prompts. Before equipment damage occurs, it can interlock to automatically shut down (pumps), close valves (tank inlet and outlet valves), and open valves (tank overpressure relief valves), terminating the system in a safe state. The system includes a remote control terminal and features electronic monitoring for tank pressure and combustible gas concentration alarms, facilitating remote monitoring by night shift personnel.

4. The product enables remote auxiliary monitoring.

Its functions include routine maintenance, guided maintenance, and remote maintenance support. It can receive various data on the field operating status, allowing for real-time monitoring of equipment operation, especially in the event of abnormal alarms, enabling rapid on-site response to emergencies. In the event of a malfunction, remote guidance can be provided to on-site operators via network for troubleshooting and emergency repairs, minimizing economic losses due to downtime. New malfunction records and common troubleshooting methods can be stored and updated in real time to prevent future occurrences; once a malfunction does occur, repairs can begin immediately.
