The inner tank of the fuel storage tank is made of Q345R pressure vessel-grade steel plate, with a cylinder thickness greater than 8mm and an end cap thickness greater than 10mm, and can be customized according to the operating environment. The raw materials for other components are selected to fully comply with the four major principles of safety, corrosion resistance, explosion protection, and leak prevention.
Product Processing
The entire production process, from initial design to factory shipment, forms a closed loop, with quality control checkpoints (initial inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection) at each stage. Key processes require retention of inspection records and qualification documents. All processes strictly adhere to relevant industry standards, and core components must have third-party testing certifications. All records of raw materials, processing, testing, and commissioning are archived and retained for at least 5 years, ensuring traceability of quality issues. All components are prefabricated and integrated in the factory, requiring only positioning and connection on-site, reducing on-site construction work and ensuring controllable quality. Key processes undergo 100% inspection, and all systems are fully commissioned, preventing defective products from leaving the factory and ensuring successful installation on the first attempt.
Strict quality inspection
The integrated skid-mounted station undergoes comprehensive system and full-condition testing and commissioning, simulating actual field operating conditions to ensure that all process, electrical, safety, and automatic control systems meet high standards. All test items must be qualified; any unqualified items will be rectified and retested.
The testing and commissioning are conducted jointly by process, electrical, and safety engineers, equipped with professional testing instruments (pressure test pump, airtightness tester, explosion-proof tester, grounding resistance tester, PLC tester, etc.). The testing process covers all core systems and is divided into three steps: component testing → system integration testing → overall trial operation.
